1. What Risk Evaluation is About

All stated terms used in this Risk Assessment document compiles and complements the Terms of Use that have already been stated on other TactVault documents.
In line with our commitments to compliance and user protection, this document simply is stating the need for user's attention when making decisions. This document emphasizes areas where users should be on the lookout.

2. No Tax, Regulatory or Legal Advice

It is your sole responsibility to determine what taxes you might be liable to, where, how and when they apply, when transacting with TactVault Services. It is your responsibility to report and pay any taxes that may arise from entering into a Transaction by using TactVault Services. Seek independent advice in areas where you may not know if you need to pay taxes
You acknowledge that, when, where and as required by Applicable Law, TactVault will report information regarding your transactions, transfers, distributions or payments to tax or other public authorities. Similarly, when, where and as required by Applicable Law, TactVault will withhold taxes related to your transactions, transfers, distributions or payments. If the law demands it TactVault may request that you provide additional tax information, status, certificates or any other documents, you acknowledge that failure to provide these documents can lead to withholding of assets or valuables by TactVault and remitted to tax authorities as defined by Applicable Law. You are encouraged to seek professional and personal tax advice regarding this before entering into any Transaction.

3. No Personal Advice

TactVault does not provide any personal advice to users concerning her services. We may randomly provide statistics of market activities, potential risks and other related news. However, any decision to use TactVault services is exclusively your responsibility. No information provided to you by TactVault is intended or should be considered as an investment advice, financial advice, or any other sort of advice. You are solely responsible for any service you choose to engage according to your personal preferences and tolerance.
TactVault is not your broker, intermediary, agent, or advisor and has no fiduciary relationship or obligation to you in connection with any trades or other decisions or activities undertaken by you using TactVault Services. We do not monitor your activities on TactVault to help you achieve your financial goals.
TactVault investment is only under obligation to achieve promised (ROI) return on investment at the specified time and period, no sooner or later, unless otherwise stated according to the investment prospectus.

4. Availability Risk

We aim to be available and at your service at all time, yet we cannot guarantee that TactVault services will not be subject to unplanned service outages or network congestion. In the event that any of these happens, be assured that our team will be working to bring back the services where it is within our jurisdiction. It may not be possible for you to transfer, send or receive Digital Assets during such times.

5. Market Risks

Transactions in Digital Assets carries significant risk. The value these assets may go up or down rapidly over a short period of time. During deposit and withdrawal processes users may experience loss of value, TactVault will not be held responsible for these. However, while these digital assets remain in TactVault, there USD value will be preserved.

6. Fees & Charges

Fees and charges may accompany certain transactions on TactVault. TactVault may in its discretion, update the fees & charges periodically. Please be aware of all fees and charges that apply to you, because such fees and charges will affect the value of your transactions on TactVault.

7. Risk related to TV Gifts

TactVault Points (TV points) are used to evaluate user engagements in TactVault services, and may earn gifts through them. At no point will TactVault demand sensitive information before crediting such gifts to users. We are not responsible in any way for any TactVault Gifts that are lost, stolen, destroyed.

8. Third Party Risk

Third parties like payment providers, banking partners and the likes maybe involved in certain services on TactVault. You will be subject to the terms and conditions of such third parties, and TactVault will not be responsible for any losses that may be incurred. It is your responsibility to acquaint yourself with such terms.

9. Security Risk

The nature of Digital Assets and Digital Values exposes them to an increased risk of cyberattack. While TactVault uses all available measures to protect Digital Assets/Values and protect the Platform from cyberattack, it is impossible for any financial firm to ignore security risks entirely. There can be no guarantee that systems in place to mitigate cybersecurity threats will always be effective to prevent improper access to the Platform and Digital Assets. Cyberattacks thrives on information and you are responsible for keeping your TactVault Account information safe, and you shall be responsible for all the Transactions under your TactVault Account, whether you authorized them or not. Transactions in Digital Assets may be irreversible, and losses due to fraudulent or unauthorized transactions may not be recoverable.

10. Communication Risks

When you communicate with us via electronic communication, you should be aware that such communications may not always be at its best and may fail, can be delayed, may not be secure and may not even reach the intended destination.

11. Currency Fluctuation

Currency exchange fluctuations may affect your gains and losses. TactVault will not be held responsible for the effect of such fluctuations.

12. Legal and Regulatory Policy Risks

Digital Assets are usually decentralized meaning they may operate without central or government authority. Changes in regulations and laws may affect the value of Digital Assets. This risk is not predictable and may vary from asset to asset. Furthermore, Digital Assets may not be considered “property” under Applicable Laws in some jurisdictions. This may affect the nature and enforceability of your interest in the Digital Assets.
Regulatory authorities can make changes that may negatively impact or restrict the use, transfer, exchange and value of Digital Assets, as well as the provision of TactVault Services in certain jurisdictions. This may happen quickly and without prior notice.
